Damali Slowe is a consultant at Praestans and comes with law clerk experience and a background in nonprofits. Damali worked as a law clerk for a solo practitioner in general practice. Prior to law school, she served as an admissions coordinator at the nonprofit, Prep for Prep.
Damali obtained her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Cardozo School of Law with coursework and clinic work focused on Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) as well as corporate transactions. She participated in Cardozo’s Securities Arbitration clinic and was a member of the Cardozo ADR Competition Honors Society. Damali graduated from Columbia University, Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Middle Eastern Studies in May 2010. Damali is proficient in French and Modern Standard Arabic.
