Gina Jeyoung Lee

Gina Lee is a project manager at Praestans and leads a team of consultants to provide customized, strategic recommendations for clients.

Gina has extensive experience handling complex tax and corporate matters. She represents clients in matters of domestic and international taxation, individual and business tax planning and compliance, private equity funds, fund administration, and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes identifying and resolving complex tax issues, representing clients in front of the IRS, as well as advising clients and drafting corporate documents to implement creative solutions.

Gina has a Juris Doctor with a concentration in tax law and corporate and securities law from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Prior to law school, she worked as a marketing officer at Commonwealth Business Bank in Los Angeles, California. Gina is fluent in Korean.
